2.1 By completing a purchase, you represent and warrant that:

(a) You are a qualified researcher, licensed laboratory professional, or authorized institutional purchaser with the necessary training, credentials, and facilities to safely handle, store, and use research-grade chemical compounds.

(b) You will not use, administer, inject, ingest, inhale, apply, or otherwise introduce any Product into the body of any human or animal, including yourself.

(c) You are purchasing the Products solely for legitimate in-vitro scientific research purposes and not for personal use, recreational use, bodybuilding, athletic enhancement, or any other non-research purpose.

(d) You understand and accept that the safety, toxicology, pharmacokinetics, and long-term effects of many of these compounds in humans and animals are not fully established and may be unknown.

3.1 FULL ASSUMPTION OF RISK. By purchasing from Rising Tide Longevity, you expressly and irrevocably assume full and complete responsibility and liability for any and all risks associated with the ordering, receipt, storage, handling, use, misuse, or disposal of the Products. This assumption of risk includes but is not limited to: personal injury, bodily harm, death, property damage, financial loss, legal liability, regulatory penalties, and any other consequence, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable.

3.2 RELEASE OF LIABILITY. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Rising Tide Longevity LLC, its owners, members, officers, employees, agents, contractors, affiliates, suppliers, and successors (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your purchase, receipt, or possession of any Product; (b) your use or misuse of any Product; (c) any injury, illness, death, or property damage resulting from any Product; (d) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (e) any breach of the representations and warranties set forth herein.

3.3 INDEMNIFICATION. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any third-party claims, regulatory actions, investigations, fines, penalties, damages, and legal fees arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Products.

3.4 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. IN NO EVENT SHALL RISING TIDE LONGEVITY BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, PERSONAL INJURY, OR DEATH, EVEN IF RISING TIDE LONGEVITY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. RISING TIDE LONGEVITY'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

4.1 Rising Tide Longevity produces all compounds to ≥99% chromatographic purity as verified by independent third-party reverse-phase HPLC analysis and confirmed by mass spectrometry. Certificates of Analysis (COA) are available upon request.

4.2 Purity specifications refer strictly to the chemical identity and composition of the compound as measured under laboratory analytical conditions. Purity specifications do not constitute any representation, warranty, or guarantee regarding: (a) biological activity in any organism; (b) safety or suitability for any application; (c) efficacy for any research objective; or (d) performance or outcome of any experiment.

4.3 Rising Tide Longevity makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Products will produce any specific scientific result, outcome, or observation in any experimental context.

5.1 Some compounds offered by Rising Tide Longevity may be subject to regulation, scheduling, or restriction under federal, state, or local law. It is entirely the purchaser's responsibility to research, understand, and comply with all laws applicable to the purchase, possession, importation, and use of any Product in their jurisdiction.

5.2 Rising Tide Longevity does not sell any compound that is explicitly listed as a Schedule I or Schedule II controlled substance under the U.S. Controlled Substances Act. However, analogues, precursors, or compounds with structural similarities to scheduled substances may be regulated under the Federal Analogue Act or similar state or international laws. Purchaser bears sole responsibility for any legal consequences.

5.3 Export of Products may be restricted under U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR) or International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Purchaser agrees not to export any Product in violation of applicable export control laws.

7.2 Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your purchase shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by a mutually agreed upon arbitration service, on an individual (non-class) basis. You waive any right to a jury trial or class action proceeding.

7.3 If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

8.1 Rising Tide Longevity reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or purchase of Products after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms each time you access the website.
