Orders are processed once payment is confirmed and typically dispatch within one business day. Products ship discreetly from within the United States with tracking, using temperature-conscious packaging where appropriate.

Free shipping is available on orders over $200. A flat shipping rate applies below that threshold and is shown at checkout.

A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. Delivery timelines provided by carriers are estimates and may vary.

Because these are sensitive research materials, all sales are final once an order has shipped. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or reship at no cost.

Lost-in-transit packages confirmed as such by the carrier will be reshipped or refunded at our discretion.

Where international shipping is offered, the buyer is the importer of record and is responsible for ensuring the products may be lawfully imported into their jurisdiction, and for any duties, taxes, or customs requirements.
